  • When using Sanders, apply limited pressure and let the tool work its way. If you require excessive pressure, you need to replace the sanding paper more often.
  • When you are working to remove stains or paint, replace sanding belt and paper more frequently  as the working surface will get clogged.
  • Make sure you empty the dust bag specially right after you have finished sanding.
  • Make sure you keep your tool clean and avoid exposure to dusk. This will help to extend the life of your tool.
  • Always use proper safety glasses, gloves and respiratory system to help protection from toxic material which can be very dangerous to your health.
  • Make sure that the sanding belt is not too loose or too tight
  • Make sure you use the right grade of abrasive material for your projects.
  • Always keep 1/4 inch distance between the circular sander and the edge of the table.
  • Always stand on the down side of the stroke of the sander.
  • Always use a jig to hold small pieces of the objects and do not try to hold it with your hand.
  • Never wear jewellery or clothes with loose fitting. And always tie your long hair.
